Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in this field so I chose this branch. Here faculties are so good and excellent. Their teaching method is also very good. They try to teach in easy words. So, we can understand their teaching easily. They always motivate us. We can pass easily if we study properly and continuously.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 94000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Mahendra, Capgemini, Amazon, and Wipro companies met at our college. I think they provide some internships also. I do not have any idea about that anymore. Lastly, we have to do one group project and explain how we made it and how it is useful for us.

Placement Experience

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Mahendra, Amazon, etc. such companies visited our college. The highest pakage is 19k and the average pakage is 4.5k. I have to do the job.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fee is 94000 per year. I pay my fee in two installments. Yes, there is a government scholarship that is maha dbt available also which helps with my college fees. This means our college fee is above 10000. I have to pay 94000.

Campus Life

Ganesh Utsav celebrates in our college. I took part in this event and enjoyed it so much. There is a library also in our college. We can go any time and can spend our time that is so useful for us. There is a big antragni also for us to our talent and any particular activities.

Admission

Yes, I took taken CET exam to gain admission to engineering in 2022. I got 78 % so I could be admission to G.H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur. I got an ETC branch but now in 2nd year, I changed my branch because I was able to change my branch through my CGPA so now I pursuing my BTech in information technology.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
