I chose this course because I want to become a designer and design machines. The faculty of our college is good at teaching and corporate with us. The teaching is also good, they teach us in both Hindi and English to teach us properly. The exams were held on time and moderate and easy papers were set for us.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 63000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college are according to the cast we belong to, for some people, it's less and for some others, it's more. The name of the scholarship is MahaDBT and financial assistance is available for candidates.

Campus Life

The annual fest of our college is held once a year and the tech fest is held every 3-4 months. Every book related to the course and other books such as magazines, and newspapers are available in the library. Sports activities such as cricket, football, volleyball, and Badminton are available in our college. ghriet_n and memetic_engineer are the social groups of our college run by the students.

To apply for admission contact the admission cell of the college and complete the steps of the admission process. If you reserve your seat then your seat will be permanent while the CAP round will be going on.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
