Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was divided into 4 years spreading out to 8 semesters and the student-to-faculty ratio was 1:65. The teachers were qualified and had a good background and industry exposure, which helped us to learn things practically.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 7500000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement in our college is pretty good and the average placement is 6,00,000. The highest package is 20,00,000 and the lowest package is 5,00,000. The companies that visited our campus are Asian Paints, and the number of offers made was 25.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was 14,90,000 for 4 years of the program which included everything like mess charges, hostel fees etc. There was no financial assistance given to me and the job I got was outside the campus placements.

Campus Life

The campus life is extremely pleasant and fun. There was no annual fest held on our campus. The library had enough amount of books and journals available in the library. The amenities in the classrooms provided are AC, Wi-Fi, & Camera.

Admission

The admission process was pretty simple as it was based on our 12th board exam marks and the entrance exam for engineering. The application is readily available online and we can fill it up by paying nominal application fees.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.

Navigating KIIT : a comprehensive review of facilities and experiences
