Remarks
I have somehow overall positive review for the collage. But the dispute between some union or the other students makes a bad image for the collage.
Entrance Preview
The admission process here, is follows the DU guidelines. According to that, you are admitted on the basis on your 10+2 or 12th standard percentage. Collage releases its merit lists which follows the reservation system too. No entrance exam and interview is needed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Bcom one most reason is that I'm from commerce background, and commerce people generally choose this only. Other reason was that i want to go into business and entrepreneur's line so i feel this as good option. Commerce faculty here is good. Teachers are also have frendly nature and acquire great knowledge about their field.
Internships Opportunities
I'm in 1st year only and have not done or faced any internship yet, so cannot review this. But collage should provide these opportunities to the students.
Placement Experience
There is 'SLC Placement Cell' - a society of the collage which which gives certain placement opportunities to the students of final or all years.
College Events
There are many societis in collage like music, dance, poetry, acting and street play society etc. which organise certain events and fests in the collage.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are very resonable here approx 8000- 12000 annually. No other extra amout for precticals. But exams fees have to be paid separately.
Fees and Financial Aid
Collage help the economically backward students by providing scholarships on their request with some paper work and formalities.
Campus Life
The students here can explore themselves as the collage have many extra curricular activities in the form of sports (including Hockey, football, cricket, volleyball etc.), Music , dance, debating society and many more...so that students can explore themselves.
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel facility in the collage which makes it fall into negative side for the outstation students. Then they have to stay in PGs where they pay high amount but get low facilities mainly including about food facility. Whereas some students prefer to stay independent in rooms on rent and make their food own.
Exam Structure
Exams in the collage follow the University guidelines. They take place smoothly. I didn't have interaction with labs till now so i cannot review the labs.
Faculty
Collage have all age faculty which mean the have experienced as well as young staff too which they acquire great knowledge about their field. They have friendly and flexible nature according to students needs.
