Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to pursue computer science engineering so I applied for the BTech course. The class size is around 60-70. Most of the faculty has done Ph.D. Their teaching methods are different and quite slow as they teach 20%of syllabus of a semester in the first 3 months and the rest is completed within a month. Term exams and midterms are held timely. The term-end papers are for 40 marks and you need to score 16 for passing.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered in the third or fourth year. Projects are there after the first year. Projects are given much importance. Multinational companies also come to college for placement and internships during the placement season.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college are comparatively high if compared with other colleges. You need to pay the first installment before the commencement of the course and the rest of the fees within 3 months after the start of the year. Scholarships ls are provided according to your score in the exams through which you got admission like mht cet, jee, etc.
Campus Life
There's an annual fest called Aarohan every year. And there are annual gatherings for every department. Classrooms are equipped with smart boards. There are various sports and social clubs. there's a basketball court on the campus.
Admission
To take admission to MIT you can apply for the required course from the website. All the details about fees and course details are mentioned. Application fees would be around 1000-2000. I don't think so there are any reservations as it's a private university. To confirm the admission you need to pay half of the year course fees.
