Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as I was interested in economics. I like that subject and want to do something in that field. There are good faculty not best but it's good. Our hod had studied from a good University. Many have phd degree. The term exam are conducted in every 6 months

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Fees for semester are not much. It's below 5000 per semester. But the hostel and mess Fee are high. In every 6 months we have to pay about 18000 which includes both mess and hostel fees. They charge 100 rupees per day for mess.

Campus Life

This is a central university which have central library. It's has many books. Every classroom has smart board. There is a MP hall where sports equipment are present. There is a group also in which many students can play football

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is not that good. In a room there are 8 students. Mess food is also bad. They prepare bad quality of food. The pulse is like water with spices. And also in hostel many dogs can enter and make it dirty

Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year

Admission

You have to qualified 12th from any stream. You have to give CUET entrance test. You can find application form on official website of CUET. There is reservation for sc/st. You have to clear the cuttoff marks to take addmission.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester onwards, the placement registration starts and the students can opt for placements if they want to. Accenture, De Shaw, TopHire, JP Morgan Chase & co, Kingfish etc are a few names of the companies that visited for students from BA Economics honours. The highest package is 7 LPA. Average is around 4.5-5 LPA. It's completely based on the students' performance that they get selected. 15-20% of the students get placed.

If you are an enthusiast student who also enjoys extra curricular activities, then, this is the because campus you can find in Mangalore.

Placement Experience:

Students of the 5th and 6th semesters are eligible for campus selection. Packages upto 4.5 lakhs per annum. 70% is a necessity to get placed in well established companies with good package. I'm planning on continuing in the same institution for my higher studies.

We have some negative and also positive remarks. college facilities are good but their some teachers need to teach in best way, their no teachers for some subjects. Some teachers are treat students in very bad manners and uses bad words. Fee is also higher then other colleges.

The college is very very good and the infrastructure is pretty good the faculty which the students have is some of the best in the University itself.the facilities and lab and extra curricular activities which held in this college helps the students to improve their social life and their skills too. Onlu thing which we can find slightly negative is the college is very much strict.the faculties and the college is very strict.
