My college experience has indeed been quite uncertain.

The college is fine in terms of administration. The administration, though, is powered by orthodox thinking of the people who head the authorities. Like any government institution, he students adhere strictly to the rules laid down by the teachers. Sometimes there are pleasant moments and sometimes the place creates a dull atmosphere. This dilemma can be attributed to the fact that I pursue a hostel life and sometimes my batchmates enlighten my mood, and otherwise that feeling of loneliness (being away from your home) just draws upon everyone.

I cleared Joint Entrance Examination-Mains Exam and secured an All India Rank of 38305, based on which I ended up in this college.

I have opted for B.Tech(Computer Engineering) course. The curriculum is not so much inclined towards practical training, rather, it emphasizes more on theoretical knowledge, using which the students themselves pursue practical courses, either online or via industrial training.

Till now, I have not participated in campus placement activities. The companies that usually visit the campus are TCS, Hero Motor Corp. and John Deere. The average package is around 4.5-5 lakhs per annum.

In our university, there are triple sharing rooms for the first year students, double sharing rooms for the second year students and single rooms for third and final year students. The food was okayish and the hostel and food bill amounted to nearly 25000 per semester.

Yes, there is an elaborate platform, Samanvay-The Annual Alumni Meet, in which 25 years old passouts of our college visit the college and interact with the students.
