The campus and everything is quite huge and everything is well maintained
The student society are also very nice. If you have the desire then you can surely find good people
The faculty here is amazing and the classrooms are well equipped

Dislikes

The main thing I disliked was the student amount. The number of students is very high

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I was very much interested in cse and want to pursue this as a career Faculty: student ratio is low because the number of students is very high Faculties are well qualified and the teaching method is fantastic Term exams were between every 3 months and it was very easy to pass but getting a good score like 9 cgpa is difficult

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internship opportunities available like Microsoft, Google etc. It has its own startup named highradius which is great too. Everything is great here. If you have the desire you can do it here.

Placement Experience

They become eligible for campus placement from the 5th semester. There are a lot of companies visiting. Offers made were 4200+ with 100% placement. The highest package was 62 lpa and the profiles offered are SDE 1 and SDE 2. My plans are doing MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike policy is not good because due to cyclones there is destruction and then because of that they increase fees. Cost to study(comfortable lifestyle with AC). it costs around 20 lakhs, The scholarship is provided if you get under 1000 air in kiitee.

Campus Life

Annual fest and tech fest are also very nice. These are private universities and they spend a lot of money on them. The library is huge having 7 floors and it contains a lot of books Classrooms are well equipped with AC and smart boards There are all types of sports facilities available There are many clubs around 20+. The best clubs are MLSA, Enactus, etc.

Admission

Eligibility for my course is either Science or PCM, Application form on the Official kiit website. No reservation benefits, The only improvement I want to see is that Please reserve lesser seats in the CSE branch as the number of students in computer branches is very high. It affects placements.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
