Remarks

College management is completely student friendly so there is no word against management. Coming to highlights of college. It has good library, in out skirts of city so pollution problem. The only thing is 400m away from bus stop.

Entrance Preview

Karnataka PGCET based on the ranking seats will be alloted i preferred this college because of the course digital electronics which is in very less number of colleges .

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is very good when compared to other branches of electronics cause here almost all fields are covered. Faculty are very good, supportive and also encouraging.

Internships Opportunities

We have Intel fice labs and even Bosch's Rexorth lab where you will be taught to the industry level . Since it is available in college there is no necessary for a student to go in search of internship .

Placement Experience

Placements are too good. They also send students for pool campus even they will provide opportunities for internships in companies .

"Vismay" is the name of DBIT fest. It will be for two days those will be most colourful days other than different games we will be having celebrities from different fields and musical night will be awesome .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel is not too good also not bad food is good fees is affordable. I would rate the hostel 2.5/5. Food 1.5/5. Fees 4/5 .

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships which will provided by the state government and central government if the student is eligible then surely they give full amount.

Campus Life

First thing i would like to say is no gender discrimination. Each one are help full to one other labs are good . Sports is also encouraged even they send to inter college completion . All HODs are very encouraging when it comes to extra curricular activities.

A mini heaven on earth called NITK

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Mtech Thermal Engineering because I was interested in thermal subjects like Fluid mechanics, Heat transfer, CFD. The Curriculum is pretty decent and it does covers the fundamentals and advanced topics of the particular subject but it could be better in terms of imparting practical and industrial knowledge. The exams that are held in NITK are competitive and requires a good understanding of the subject. You simply cannot cram and get good marks in exam. You have to know the proper implementation of that particular formula or theory.

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
