Course Curriculum Overview

I am searching for this course in a qualified college so I choose B.Tech in Mangalam college of Engineering. This course changed my carrier. I am heartily thankful to Mangalam college and my faculty who support me through this journey. The best quality faculty are in mangal best teaching methods also friendly staff. professional teaching methods so we can catch up easily. internal exams are in there to improve scores in the main exam.

Class Size: 82Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are workshops available based on our subject .campus drives are happening every year. There are so many opportunities for placement in the biggest companies. Marlabs, TCS, IBS, Infosys. Good placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Mangalam College offers B Tech admission in six streams with an annual intake of 120 seats per branch. The student must appear for exams of 10 + 2 and obtain at least 50% marks in them. In addition, students must also appear for exams like KEAM. The scholarship is available for SC, ST, and OBC.

Campus Life

Annual fests are beautiful they give me so many good opportunities to express my talents. We have a big block of library and have good books of good quality. neat and calm atmosphere. There is a massive basketball section. also football section there. There are clubs for arts activities and faculties are very supportive of these activities.

Hostel Facilities

There is huge Hostel accommodation available in the college indoors. Neat and friendly environment to study. Also, good meals provide good water and clam clean environment. We can contact the office for more information about the hostel and accommodation.

Admission

The admission process of the institution is both merit-based and entrance-based for all courses. The candidates who opt for B. Tech are selected on the basis of merit for which the candidates should have completed 10+2 with 50% marks and should have passed the entrance exam Application fees are 75000/yr. Applications for 2023 start on April 6.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.
