Course Curriculum Overview
Because I was interested in Marketing and strategy subjects, I found MBA the most suitable course. The placement was also one of the crucial reasons for my choosing this course. The experience and peer learning you get in an MBA is comparatively the best learning experience because their pedagogy is based on case studies, discussing real-life problems rather than focusing on theories and formulas.
Internships Opportunities
Adani, ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, Arcesium, Tiger Analytics, McKinsey, Bugsmirror, SolarWinds, HDFC Bank, country delight, Orion Group, TATA Capital, Porter, Crissal, Piramal Group, Latent View, BenQ, BMW, Adobe, Coca-Cola, L&T, Schindler, Liv Guard, Decathlon, Dalmia Bharat, RBI, Panasonic, Cipla, Perceptive analytics, PEPE jeans and etc. Roles- Marketing Analytics, marketing manager, Strategy, consultant, Finance, IB and etc.
Placement Experience
After the first year, you must go for your summer internship, known as SIP (Summer Internship Programme). So, after 1-semester, companies start coming in for a summer internship, mainly at the end of the second semester, and every student gets placed. SIP is for 2 months, then at the start of the 5 semester, companies start coming in for final placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you will calculate the ROI, then it is great. Our fees are around 19 Lakhs, including hostel and mess fees, and the average placement is 17 LPA, which is pretty good. Talking about scholarships, there is a merit-based scholarships and minority-based scholarships.
Campus Life
Arunya is our annual fest which mostly occurs in the first week of February. The classroom is a decent, IT-based classroom. A lot of committees and clubs you will learn a lot of management and communication skills when you join any clubs or committees.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is top-notch. Many facilities are at our hostel, doctor, sports complex, mess, canteen, 24*7 shops, and whatnot. It's a double sharing room with an attached washroom, 24-hour running water, 24-hour electricity, WIFI campus, and a 24-hour hot water facility.
Admission
CAT: First, you have to write cat, and then, as per your cat percentile, you'll be getting an interview call for the shortlisted IIMs. PI Call: Mostly the questions were based on my resume and from my undergrad domain, as I didn't have any work experience. Final Shortlist.
Interview Experience
The interview was mostly based on my resume and my undergrad. Since I have done a lot of extra curricular activities, so, they have a lot of things to ask me and scrutinize me. They also asked about my favorited subject and the subject which you're interested in right now, so, 3-4 questions of those subjects topics.
