Campus is too small. It's fine but yeah sometimes it feels
The bouncers in the college, just roaming everywhere, though for security but sometimes just irritating

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Computer Science cause I had an interest in coding and reasoning. It is the best field for your logic and creativity, makes you feel like a wizard. The college had good faculties with experience and great facilities as well. A total of three exams are to be attempted First two are of just 15 marks and the final is of 50 marks..exam Difficulty depends on your study.

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 167000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships would be available now. Many famous companies as well as new startups come to offer internships. A total of maybe 1573 companies are available and if we find some on our own. Then the college verifies the company and lets us go

Placement Experience

College offers placement with a variety of ranges. The basic package starts at 5 laksh and goes upto 13lakhs (as per my knowledge). Many companies visit our college like JP Morgan, Amazon, TCS, Cognizant etc. Almost 90% students get placed each year, as college takes much effort to make all ready for job. Placements start coming from 7th sem and if you work outside as well then maybe you get from 6th.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not eligible for any type of scholarship or relief so paid attention but if you contact the office they surely guide you in the appropriate way. Also, faculties keep posting on WhatsApp and email the dates and services available.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is great. The event in each month, the annual event Antaragni and other workshops keep on happening. Also, many clubs and student chapters of various companies are available. One can surely develop his/her skills and develop new ones according to his/her interests. You become ready to face the world. College life gives you the feel of corporate life and how you need to work in. Also, it's for those who seek. If you don't try you don't learn.

Admission

I went to the college directly and contacted the respected staff who were responsible for admission, before appearing for the CET I provisionally took admission to the college and hence don't know about the cap rounds etc. Being an open category student one way or the other I needed to pay the full fee so I took the easier way..

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
