My SVIST Experience

I choose this course because I am a tech enthusiast and computer science & engineering is the perfect fit for me and this college provides a top-notch B.Tech program with a staff of committed academicians. The curriculum is current and concentrates on the most recent technical developments, giving students a relevant and useful education. The faculty: student ratio is almost 1:3. The exam system is really tight, and this college also offers timely mock exams.

The placements at this campus are conventional. Your salary ceiling for the year is set at Rs. 3 LPA. In their third year, the students can start taking placement exams. Moreover, only a tiny percentage of students are placed.

There are numerous scholarships available to aid students who can barely make ends meet in their education including the SVMCM scholarship, Minority scholarship, and others. Students are also permitted to pay fees after the due date with a penalty of almost INR 1000. There are possibilities for college students to work on and off campus, and businesses from many industries come to recruit students but no internship offers are available.

Every year, this college hosts a wonderful festival called "ENTHUZIA" that lasts for two days. Freshers' welcome is also celebrated on that day. This college also hosts a tech event. This college's library is standard. Classrooms are only adequate. Clean classrooms with a projector and air conditioning are provided. In addition to those activities, sports, tree plantings, and cultural events are held. This college has three clubs: a photography club, a music club, and a tech club. There is also a Facebook page and website for this college.

Direct admission is also a possibility, although WBJEE or JEE online counseling is the preferred method for the college admission procedure. The WBJEE e-counseling portal hosts the Competitive College brochure. The average cutoff rank for CSE in the WBJEE is roughly 50,000, however, it varies by domain and year.
