Choice: Due to the brand name and alumni network. Also, product design placements and opportunities are better and more versatile. Also, intake is low (although intake competition is high) and opportunities are better. Faculty: The student ratio is very nice. 30:1 and there is much attention on all. As the course is new so there is no such permanent faculty. Although there are guest faculties from IITs, NIDs, and NIFTs with versatile qualifications.

Professors keep on sending internship opportunities for students and students starting from 1st year to the third year engage themselves with internships with a stipend ranging from 3k to anywhere around 50k at various startups, iitd, drdo etc.

As the course is new and no batch is graduated yet. But students are getting internships at various startups and have their own startups too. The department highly appreciates and supports startups. The placement cell is also very active and expects a 10l average package.

The course price is high as there are still no proper labs and materials to be brought by students at their expense which adds to the study costs. No such scholarships are there still yet. You can do paid internships to contribute to your fees.

There are multiple technical and cultural fests throughout the year that you can enjoy. Books are ordered according to authorities and no one knows when they will arrive design books are not in libraries. ACs are installed in all classrooms. There are various societies and sports you can join and they are very active and have connections with other branch peeps.

There are 3 hostels for girls and 5 hostels for boys and priority for accomodation is given to outside (200 km) Delhi students and btech students. Mess is okay and the menu is nice having a 4-time meal. PGs are also there in Dwarka. Hostel applications are there at the time of admission and are renewed every semester.

Any national design exam but priority is given to UCEED. UCEED/ NID mains / NIFT mains Official website of NSUT. Advertisements are also uploaded to newspapers. There is a 75% reservation for Delhi students. And there are only 2 seats for outside delhi general category students. Updates are uploaded late on the official website. Also, there is an official WhatsApp group made during the admission procedure.
