What Students Say
Likes
- The placement, the average is 11 lpa. The way this college is growing, by the time I graduate it will be far above 15lpa even
- I love the computer lab, the computers are super fast and have amazing wifi connection. Through rj45. There is nothing blocked. And you are free to code for however long you wish to. I even do my assignments there
- The students, everyone here is extremely friendly. Ragging and bullying is non-existent and everyone is ready to help you. The environment the students provide is amazing and competative
Dislikes
- The canteens don't have redbull and during exams you need energy drinks
- The checking is strict and the teachers do not give grace in midterm so study your hardest
- No boys hostel, only girls hostel. Some boys travel 2 hrs a day to reach the college
Course Curriculum Overview
I took cse because of 2 main reasons. 1. Package 2. My love for computers. You can opt for it and AI-ds too. These are available at worse ranks. But the packages are not as good as cse. The faculty at bpit are very polite and are amazing teachers. The girls-to-boys ratio is 1:9 respectively. Most teachers have done PhDs in their respective subjects. One of the EVs teachers used to be a professor at IIT. And you will love the way he teaches. The pacing is amazing. The mp sir gives amazing notes and goes through them in detail. The end-term exams are quite easy to pass but scoring high can be hard due to nearly no gap in between the exams. The exams were delayed once. But they changed the datasheet and made it so physics and maths were done 2 days apart. Giving no time to practice maths.
Placement Experience
3rd year / 6th semester onwards you can sit in placement for the following companies, Infosys, oracle, Microsoft, amazon. The highest package is off campus, and I think it is 40lpa + The average package is 11lpa. The majority of students get placed, and in the last few years, bpit placements have gone up significantly. I will be going to Canada to get my master's. And this college is helping me a lot in making this dream a reality.
Fees and Financial Aid
40000 at the time of freezing the seat and 130000 is the yearly fees..you have to pay yearly. The fees include books and you have to return them at the end of the semester. If you upgrade to a better college then the fee is returned and if you have upgrading in mind it is suggested not to opt for the booking quota. I am currently in my second semester and I am doing an interview for oracle, however, I got this opportunity on my own with no help from the college. If asked the college does go above and beyond for you. The hod is an amazing person, understands and tries to help you. Earned our respect.
Campus Life
They hold eloquence and it has a paradox in their last event. The ground is big, and the concert was amazing and lived up to the hype. Books are included in the fee structure as I mentioned before and are provided by the college itself. The process is easy and fast. The library is amazing really quiet and has wifi too. The environment is perfect to study. The computer in the main labs is i7 12th gen, 16gb ram. They run ubantu and have a lot of coding software like code blocks and vsc pre-installed with the languages added to path. The classrooms have projectors and both chalk and market boards. The labs and Library both have proper airconditioning Their are many coding-related, and other groups- Gdsc : googles coding group, IEEE: entry is paid but this coding group is better than gdsc, Kalam: writing, debating, poetry. Some singing groups, Cricket, basketball groups.
Admission
I took admission in the second spot round. Based on jee mains scores. The cut-off was around 1lakh with Delhi quota. You can register for the counseling rounds online, and have to pay a fee of 1000 + 500. To lock the seat in a college you have to pay 40000 rupees. It is very easy to do and you have to arrange the colleges in order to your rank. Most colleges provide quotas for sc/st/obc/ews and some even have quotas for other religious minorities. You need at least 75% in 12th to register. However, this requirement was removed for 1 year due to covid and is reinstated. I would like to see the site become more responsive as it is slow and hard to navigate through.

Far away, extremely expensive. And the environment is not suitable for studying
