Likes

the girls to boys ratio is good. it is around 1:2
the faculty is experienced, all graduated from good colleges

Dislikes

the campus is too small. it is around 5 acres only
the facilities provided are average. the building is irregular.

Course Curriculum Overview

course curriculum is fine. it prepares us for real world applications just fine. it could be improves. the labs are not up to date. there are very few equipment which are working. and lab assistants are too lazy .

Placement Experience

placements are very good every year. highest package was 54 lakhs from zomato. average is 9 lpa. from 360 students in CS and IT more than 250 students were placed at a good package. my plans after getting the degree is to go for MBA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for a year is 160000 for 1st year and then for remaining years it is 180000. it includes tuition fee , registration fees. at the start we have to pay a total of 8000 for books of 4 years. it will be refunded after graduation. there are various scholarship schemes like EWS where you can get 50000-60000 off

Campus Life

campus life is the best. there are various societies for art, dance, music, gaming, technical as well as literature. annual fest is MALHAAR which is held in December generally. the library is very big and has all books whether mechanical or technical.

Admission

i chose this college as it is in the top 3 of IP university. the placement is better than almost all colleges of ipu. i could not get in other colleges because of their cut off rank. i got a seat in this college at a rank of 143000, that too in CSE. admissions are done through JEE main exam.

Faculty

the faculty is very good and experiences. they have deep knowledge of their subjects . they teach well and cooperate as well. kavita segwal( teaches physics to 1st year students) mam is very polite and teaches very well. aseem dubey sir ( teaches engineering mechanics and engineering graphics to 1st year), he is very bad , does not teach well .

Night Life

there are not many options for entertainment. the nearest is unity one mall rohini yaa pool table near the college. i have no idea of night life as I am a day scholar. but the hostels are good. there is only girls hostel

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

I only applied to aktu and Ggsipu after jee. I later didn't go aktu clgs because they have a very bad rep overall with their exam system and attendance policy. Bpit takes in admission on the basis of your jee score but there are 15% seats reserved for management quota...Read More

Bpit college review

Eligibility criteria for taking admission in BPIT college in BTech programme is that a candidate must have given jee mains entrance examination & must have atleast 55 percentage in 12 th class .the admission is based on jee mains CRL . First step is that you have to fill registration form from the website ipu.admission.in then you have to fill counselling form .if you get a seat in college based on CRL of jee mains then you have to report in college with all your documents required mentioned on the website of ipu .You have to first pay the 40,000 then you have to report in the college with balance fee & documents required.if all things are right then you will get admission in BPIT .
