I disliked the fees system of KIIT. It should charge a legit amount of fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is up to date according to the current year. The exams are of great difficulty and you really need to work hard with your assignments and projects to ace the exams. The faculty members are usually from IIT or BITS or from KIIT itself.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In the third year, you have minor and major projects. In the final year, you don't need to study any subjects. You have to only focus on your internship and placement training program. The stipend is around 5 to 6 lacs and the roles offered are software developer trainee.

Placement Experience

The placements toatlly depend upon the capability of the student. KIIT brings various companies every year for placements. Every year more than 300 companies visit the campus and hire KIITIANS. The highest package of the college was 52 lac and the average package ranges around 8 to 10 lac.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is well organized and offers scholarship opportunities to those who score above the 99 percentile in the KIITEEE entrance test. The fees also vary on the accommodation which you choose on the college campus.

Campus Life

The campus life is absolutely fab. You will get a complete taste of the entire world. You will find people from different cultural backgrounds and traditions. College life is a complete blend of enthusiasm.

Admission

The eligibility for the course is the KIITEEE entrance exam. The application form is easily available on the KIIT official website. There is a reservation for the women candidates as well as for SC, ST, and OBC students.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
