Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is okay in the first year but rigorous from 2nd year onwards. Although I don't have much idea regarding my courses here, I'm sure whatever the course is, it's interesting. here faculty students ratio is around 1:7

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Since I am in the first year I don't have a good idea regarding the companies offering internships but heard that there are good opportunities for that. And also many have been offered pre-placement offers during their internships

Placement Experience

3.5

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. There are good opportunities for placements. Presently, about my plans after degree, I decided to go for management in IIM after completing my dual degree

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is available on the IIT Delhi website. And fees are according to the income basis of the family. There are good opportunities for scholarships but many of them are based on income. So it's a little difficult for me to avail of scholarships although in need of it.

Campus Life

4.5

There are many many fests happening almost every weekend taking out whatever stress during weekdays and providing a very good opportunity to learn something apart from daily courses. Here there are good opportunities to grow in whatever you choose

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel management and accommodation are all good but for us, our room seems a little confusing unlike that of our seniors. However, the facilities are all fine. About food, it's healthy but since I am from the south, I'm trying to adjust to this...

Admission

I have taken jee mains and jee advanced. All details for jee mains are available on the NTA website. And details for jee advanced are available on jee advanced website. For counselling process, refer to jossa website

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.
