Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very well designed by the qualified faculty. The course outcomes were properly explained by the faculty. The faculty here are qualified and experienced in every department. The semester's exams are conducted where all the outcomes are covered and the level of the exam will be medium to hard and one can ace the exam by just listening to classes regularly.
Internships Opportunities
The placements visitors of the college are Deolite, Accenture, lnt, visa, landmark, Comcast, Vedanta, JSW, pwc, Cogoport, etc. The range of packages offered is also high depending upon the role which is around 36 lakh to 7.5 lakhs.
Placement Experience
Students in 3rd year are eligible to apply for internships and later can accept the PPO after the internship. Full-time job roles are for 4 year students. Considering all departments the average package is around 8 lakhs and the highest package offered in production engineering is around 36 lakhs. NITC is keen on beating the target for placements every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is categorized by various factors like income, caste, Non-residents, etc. There is a tuition fee waiver for students with annual income less than 1 lakh and caste reservation students of SC, ST. Separate fee structure for abroad students. Scholarships are available for all eligible students.
Campus Life
There will be lots of fun at Technical fest TATHVA and cultural fest RAGAM. There are lots of clubs in the college for various states students in the college and combined clubs also. The classrooms were fully ventilated and sound fit. Street play club is one of the traditional clubs with a back history of the college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are average with all facilities needed for the students. There are multiple grounds and courts for badminton and basketball in every hostel for girls and boys as well. The mess food consists of some traditional local tastes. But mess for other states students was also available separately.
Admission
JEE attempt 2019. I got 95% in JEE 2019 and applied for various colleges in Josaa seat allocation. In OBC Category, the seats were allocated in the last round which 7th round in NIT Kurukshetra for Production and Industrial Engineering. Then again in the special round, I was allotted NIT Calicut Production Engineering.
