Admission
You need to give CAT after your graduation to be eligible for the admission process. Then they take your 10th and 12th scores, workex data, gender diversity, and CAT score and form a composite score. You'll get a call for an interview if the composite score is good enough. Post that there is a GD and a PI and a final composite score is made, according to which you get selected.
Interview Experience
Due to covid, GD was removed from the selection criteria. First was CAT written exam, then a written WAT test, followed by my personal interview. This process was followed by all the IIMs during the covid outbreak. All the exams were online only.
