Remarks

Eligibility of the course: on the basis of wbjee rank till 30k. A student credit card can be applied for the fees The overall fee structure for the course is 4.8 lakh I don't have any comment abt the details of reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to study computer engineering so it was a perfect choice. Faculty: student ratio is average Particularly for our department, the teachers are very cooperative and friendly. In one word, teachers are helpful and always there to support you

Internship opportunities are nice but I personally don't have much knowledge about them. In the programming field, teachers will help you with your projects. October fest is a chance to participate And moreover we have megatronix.

Fees and Financial Aid

For our session (2k21-25) The admission fee was 20000 1st and second sem fee was 65000 And the 3rd to 8th sem fee is 56500. The admission fee and 1st sem fee were taken together during the admission. Scholarship facilities are approved

Campus Life

The annual fest is Farewell freshers and also a fest While tech fest is Paridhi and tech xtra by megatronix clubs. Paridhi is the biggest fest of east India and participation from all over India is allowed

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

placement is very good in this college many tech giants vist the campus such as google microsoft delloite apple tata steels, thhe average package is about 16 lpa highest is 80lpa approx 148 companes visted this year and total offer for cse is 157 out of 190

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
