I went through WBUT COUNSELING process to get admission for B.tech in computer science for future institute of engineering and Management college after getting 6215 rank in WBJEE.

The course structure and faculties are good. The practical labs, library, skilled faculties and different technical feats motivated us to enhance our skills in different technical areas.

Yes. For the most skilled student's internship facilities are provided by the college management. Also for the financially week students and for students belong minority special concessions are provided by the college with the help of state government

Placement is good enough. For 2012 pass out batch the placement were awesome. Out of 404 students 293 are placed in leading IT company Cognizant Technology solutions India Pvt limited and 148 are placed in Wipro. Also for core companies placement were good.Almost all students are placed.

Exam structure are very similar with leading institution s of India. Semester duration is 6 months. For B.tech there are 8 semesters. In every semester there are some theoretical examinations and some practical. Also in between every semester there are internal exams.

Faculties are well skilled with desired degrees from India's reputed institutions. They have good teaching skills and are completely able to pass their knowledge to the students and motivates us to do research towards technology.
