Remarks

Addmission is based on 12th basis. So it was easy getting in the college. You can contact college addmission cell through website contact. You have to submit 1000 form fee and 10000 additional after it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good and classes was also good very spacious. But faculty is average means only some teachers are willing to teach out of syllabus or additional knowledge.so you have to study on your own also.

College gives you chance to work in the internship in the last year. If you are doing any internship then you don't have to go college daily. Honestly saying you have work on your own to get any internship or placements.

Currently i. In the 5th semester. So i don't know much about placements but as far i have came to know placements are that much good but if you give some effort than you can get it . So not only focus on college placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Talking about the fee , according to other Colleges in that area fee is good means other colleges have high fee. So according to it fee is good and you can also get scholarship i don't have much information about that.

Campus Life

Life is goot in the campus. Infrastructure is also good . Campus is greener. College is very big . In the beginning it will be very confusing but after some time you will get used to it . Overall campus is good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is not so good . I choose hostel in the beginning but later left the hostel and rented a flat with some of my friends. I will say that if you can afford flat then go for it because you will experience everything not only college.

A life in my college.

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

I chose Chandigarh Engineering College Laundry over the other due to its strong placement record affordable structure and good industry connections first up I applied to Chitkara University and Lovely Professional University but found C see more cost effective with a well structured curriculum.
