Remarks

The proper rank in WBJEE is required for eligibility. The application form is through Wbjee counseling and direct admission. I would prefer the direct admissions to stop as those students are not enough eligible. The system is true and the Wbjee online counseling allots seats to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have interests in coding and computer science so I chose this stream. The faculty: student ratio of our department is currently not appropriate but the Head of the department is taking the initiative to get new faculties too. The faculty members are highly qualified and they are very helpful. The term exams are under MAKAUT so they are moderate level.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are not provided on campus. We need to apply off-campus. The project is the major project under a mentor- that is the final year project. The topics of the major projects are Security, API, etc.

Placement Experience

From the seventh semester, students become eligible for on-campus placement opportunities. CloudCaptan, Adobe, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, and DeltaX are some of the major companies. 100% of students in our department got placed this year. The highest package is 16lpa. The average package is 5.5 LPA. I want to work in an MNC.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is appropriate and comparatively lesser than the other colleges offering the same subject and course. The fee hike is done every 4 years. A lot of state government-controlled scholarships, TFW seats, and a lot of time to submit fees are the plus point.

Campus Life

Utkarsha is the annual cultural Fest and TecHETC is the tech fest. Both the fests are held in March. All the necessary books are available. The classrooms are clean and airy. Cricket is practiced.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.
