Remarks

I had written Comedk and I had shortlisted a few colleges with good ranking and placements, so I had applied for the college over onine platforms, they have equally balanced sports and education. And the location of the college is Unique.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had chosen Mechanical Engineering, as I was keener on the subject. Moreover, the faculty are well explanatory, they have a good catch over the concept. Practicals are well explained and fun. Especially for my department.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 7th sem, we are eligible for placements, varieties of companies come for placements, all the top tier to the startups. nearly 80% of students get placed during the academic year. Merc, Bosch, etc show up for the placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The study cost is decent as it goes up to 1.5lpa without the hostel expenses. The process is easy and they also provide you with scholarships. I got places from the college itself, and I have achieved a placement for 5.5lpa.

Campus Life

Life in NMAMIT is really peaceful, the beach is 20km away, around 30mins from public transport. The fest is a bomb in the college, it's always a blast on the way they organize it. The Library is well developed and maintained as well.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Great college with poor placement

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
