Remarks

Eligibility for the course is entirely based on merit. A student should have 60% or higher on boards to be eligible for admission. The application form can be found on the DTU website and the application fee is around 1000. Delhi students should be given more priority over students from other states.

Course Curriculum Overview

During the lockdown, exams were online and frequent with timely assignments and projects. In offline mode, there is a mid-sem and end-sem exam with assignments during the semester. The exams are of moderate difficulty and can be passed if studied.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 95000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't get any type of scholarship from the college. Financial assistance is provided only to students who find it difficult to pay the fees. Funds are collected for economically backward sections to help them study. I haven't got any job yet from the campus as I'm still doing my course and have more to learn.

Campus Life

There are many clubs and societies run by students of DTU like fashion, dance, music, art etc. There is also a placement cell run by students and teachers which frequently provides new internships available. There are plenty of opportunities provided by the college.

Truth About Hidden IPCW (DU)

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option
