IPU university provides all of the information required for eligibility as per merit. There are also ways like management and reservation for admission in MAIT, you can contact the administration block for all queries.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I have a keen interest in mechanical designs and MAIT is the best college in IPU for Mechanical Engineering. The faculty here is really supportive and always ready to help.

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 133200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a negligible fee hike we can pay by any means we want there are also several government and college-aided scholarships, also many placements are provided to students by the institute. this year's average package was around 7lpa

Campus Life

There is a huge library in MAIT every book is available.. all books are in good condition. There is about 4 canteens open all over the year, also college has many techs and non-tech society and clubs.

from 5th semester student become eligible for internship only and after 7th semester you are eligible for placements out of total students applyed about60 to 70 percent gets oncampus placement and rest offcampus is an option those who dont get oncampus placement get offcampus oppertunitys because of the nsut tag so that is an option to i myself get offcampus placement

Placement Experience:

Students after completing third year are eligible for placement. Placements start before starting of fourth year, and it requires students to have no backlogs in any subjects. However companies can imply their own rules to filter the students such as minimum CGPA criteria. But placements of our college is one of the best placement for a non-IIT college, despite having so many student intake.

In Jamia Millia Islamia mechanical department out of 70, 52 student got placed. My plan is to sit in placement if I got what I want I will accept otherwise I will look for offline campus placement

MAIT - The Goods and The Bads

Placement Experience:

My seniors got placed in the 7th semester and a few in the 6th as well. As per them, the placements are the best compared to all other IPU Colleges. Offers from abroad are too given here. For Computer Related Branch, placements are to 90%. Highest Package has surpassed 1 Cr, and Avg. package is about 8 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent, average package goes from 5lpa to 10lpa. Highest it has went 84lpa in Amazon so far and can for sure grow in future. 7th semester students become eligible for placement drives and companies like amazon, microsoft, newgen, tcs, ibm, etc are major recruiters here. Around 80% students do get placed but you can definitely be among them by refining your skills and maintaining a good cgpa. I plan to go for off campus placements as well as I'm interested in AI related roles but hoping for even better.

DTU , fun college life , good placements and endless joy

Placement Experience:

The placements are fantastic , many companies like google amazon and FAANG companies come here . Although i cant compare it with top IIT s but still a 25 lakh per annum package in CSE is still remarkable. The placement cell is often influenced by Placement coordinator but then DTU takes action against them and debar them from placements . If one does not get placement in DTU. , the DTU tag will obviously be more than useful in after course placements

Placement Experience:

Placements begin from 3rd year end and go on for the complete 4th year. Companies like ZS associates, google, amazon, juspay etc have visited the campus in the past. Highest package for the last year was more than 1 crore. Avg package is somewhere between 7-9 lpa. 50-60 % students get placemnt from the college including off campus placements. I plan to either start my masters or join a good job if possible as whatever situation arises at the end of my course at this college.
