Internship and projects under college

The admission process is very easy. I know the admission process through the teachers present in the admin department. And after the Jelet exam, the admission date and amount are given through the website. The admission process is overall good.

Civil engineering is a mother trade all over the world like mechanical and electrical engineering. Civil engineering allows us to know the built-up process of buildings, roads, highways, bridges, and any architectural structure. We can learn the process and the fieldwork and software design etc. And the faculty-student ratio is good. In the civil department, there were almost 8 teachers and 60 students.

The internship offered by the college is only one. The role was to drive the compactor. The project for the final year was the wastewater from the paint industry and water consumption in an office of G+6 and wastewater management and use of gray water in gardening. And in the internship, we learn about AutoCAD and Revit and industrial site visits.

There were 5 or 6 companies. The lowest package offered was 120000/- PA and the highest package was 240000/- PA. Approximately 60% of students got the job from placements. And many more students go to other colleges for campusing purposes. After getting the degree I worked in a company for 1 and a half years. And then I go for higher study in Gujarat. Now I am pursuing an m.sc in real estate valuation.

For diploma, the course fees were 19000/- per semester and in B-tech, the fees hike to 22000/- per semester. There are few scholarship schemes from the state government in the college and many students avail those schemes. And for those students who are financially weak, at their request, the college administration reduced their fees. 5 or 6 companies came for hiring. Approximately 10 to 15 students got the job from the campus.

A library facility is available in the college. Any student can get a library card and get books through the card. Books have to be renewed every 15 days. Every summer and winter there was a sports program. Outdoor games and indoor games are there. And many more programs for girls.
