Remarks

any 12th pass science stream student can take admission . they take admission through wbjee or jee mains rankcard . but anyone can take admission take admission directly after completing 12th. thats all about this section.

mechanical engineeriong one of the core branch thats why i have taken it. student teacher ratio would be 2:1 . most of the faculties are well educated and graduated from prestigious institutes. the sem exam level are average you can clear it by 1 month study.

Placement Experience

from the last year begining the students would be eligible for sitting in placement. companies like flipkart,amazon came for recurting .the highest packege would be 3.5lpa. i dont think that this kind of placements are justified.

Fees and Financial Aid

for four year course the total cost will be 4lakh, and per sem you woukd have to give approx 40k. you can apply for government scholarship like svmcm by which you would get 60k per year. ypu would get job of 3.5 lpa avearage.

Campus Life

you would get mainly two event in one year one is tech fest and another one is anual sports day. the tech fest name is techtacy and the sports day called ultrathorn. besides of these you would get multiple seminars in one month. you would get a tech expo for show your creativity.

Placement in our college is descent . Students typically become eligible for campus placement starting from the 5th Semester. For CSE/IT companies like TCS,CTS ,WIPRO, ACCENTURE etc... come for the placements. For Core branches like EE,ECE,ME Companies like L &T ,samsung, TATA Steel etc...come for offers. The highest package is around 8 to 10 LPA and the average is around 4 to 5 LPA. 70% to 80% of RCCIIT generally get placed across varios department. My plan is to persue MS from abroad/.

Students become eligible for campus placement starting from 6th semester ,meanwhile u can also get paid internship from 5th semester itself .The companies which visited the campus most frequently are Cognizant ,TCS ,Infosys ,IBM ,PwC ,BMC ,Tavisca ,Wipro ,Amazon .Tavisca provided over 12 LPA while BMC provided over 14 LPA ,meanwhile in 2024 ,a new record of highest package emerged which is of 21 LPA.The Average package is 480,000 rupee CTC .Over 80 to 90% of students are placed and the college has a very good alumni network which provides u with referrals and possible jobs.I plan to join a IT company after getting my degree

Good for placements, excellent hostel life and good to learn, apply and fun. A college for all round development.

Placement Experience:

Placement ratio of the college is very good, cadets start getting placements from 2nd year but majorly the mass placement process starts from 3rd year. The packages ranges from 400-1200 USD as an engine cadet. There are major companies such as CHEVRON, MSC, DYNAGAS, NYK, FLEET MANAGEMENT, PACIFIC BASIN, MOL, IOCL, ZODIAC MARITIME, TORM TANKERS, etc that visit the college for placements every year. For every batch the placement ratio is above 95%. This college is known for its placements and alumni network

I know Global institute of technology and management college where I started my Btech in mechanical engineering course is one of the great college in west Bengal for Btech but in these period during lock down causes of covid 19 our classes are not going very well. But although teachers are doing there best for teaching us all subjects and they also supporting us all the time. So I thik this will be a new experience with all of this. But one thing they always putting us pressure for submit money I mean fees from one month ago of the submission date of our fees. Nothing else just hoping for the best for future.
