Remarks

For the MCA programm here I had to take the entrance exam which was very essential. From NIT, this programme lasts three years. Here a lotof seats for a lot of different categories were available. This test is being administered by one of the 10 NITs, and the application form is accessible on the website of the NIT that will be conducting the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

In this three year course. The staff and teachers were so fantastic. They treat pupils with respect and are always willing to help. student-to-faculty ratio was very and classes held with full concentration, I had learned all typical subjects easily in classes only. Faculty qualifications: the majority of the lecturers are postgraduates who have obtained their PhDs.

We began providing placement from several firms at the beginning of the third year. Many software businesses, including as Amazon, Amdocs, Zscalar, Delloite, and others, visit the nit kkr. Approximately 86 percent of students from the class have been placed with good packages in various firms.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In this college bot self finance course and course of regular category in present. As a result, only individuals who fall into the standard group are eligible for government scholarships. Students from the SC/ST, OBC, and minority groups are eligible for government scholarships to finance the fee of 100000 such as post-matric scholarships from the central government.

Campus Life

The campus has a pleasant environment. Greenery may be seen all across the institution. Annual festivals such as confluence, techspardha, and randbhumi are held. The college library has a wide variety of literature that any student may read, and the library is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Every year, the institution hosts a sports event named Ranbhoomi where we got to participate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

I took this college because the nit kurukshetra is one of top college in India for engeenering. I also applied dtu and i also get it in but not cs breach which is my priority. NIT KURUKSHETRA: An Honest Review

The key reason for my choice of NIT KKR college was it has affordable fee structure , good campus cirriculum. Admissions are based on JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/CSAB counselling. Candidates must have at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20 percentile of their board. Cutoff and Seat Allocation:- General category:-For cs/it candidate rank must be in 5k-10k. Other branches require less ranking. OBC/EWS/SC/ST : Lower rank benefits due to reservation quota. There is female quota too just to increase boys:girls ratio in engineering colleges. There is state reservation of 50% in all NIT's. Admission Process:- JOSAA counselling:-Students list their prefernces based on JEE rank, and seats are allocated accordingly.
