Course Curriculum Overview

Course were framed by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) guidelines.

Internships Opportunities

We were sent to vocational training to different PSUs and Private companies but no stipend offered. However, some people received stipend, conveyance depending on the place / company they were sent for internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

During our time, mainly companies from IT background came for recruting freshers our like. The companies offered salary packages starting from 2.5 Lac - 5 Lac / anum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structures were framed and fixed by WBUT only. That time we paid yearly Rs. 42000.00 including exam fees, registration charges, tution fees and service taxes.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were no loan facility available, however Techno India group used to provide some relaxation for brilliant students were coming under proverty level.

Campus Life

Sports and Vishwakarma puja was an integral part of our all students. Yearly football, TT, Chase, Bsketball, Cricket, Badminton, Volley tournament were arranged from the end of WBUT in coordination with the member colleges.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
