The students who have passed class 12 with a science background and have qualified NATA exam with a valid score are eligible to apply for B.Arch. The SNU website has the application form. You can take admission online. You can also contact the admission department directly via call and learn all the details. There is also an option for offline admission by visiting their Newtown campus. I took admission after visiting the university and talking with the admission professionals there. They were very polite and addressed all my doubts and queries in detail. The admission process was very quick and easy.

The course curriculum is details oriented. It gives priority to both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding. With advanced laboratories, design studios, and computer labs added to all the practical training, we get a hands-on experience in the field of architecture with this course. 1:10 is the faculty-student ratio. All the faculties are highly qualified and experienced. What's more, they are very friendly and supportive. We interact with them freely and solve all our doubts. They guide us through every process and are always ready to help us. Exams are held regularly to test our understanding. It's not too difficult to pass, but you have to study for it.

We are offered job and internship opportunities from our final semesters. Companies like Amazon, TCS, HP, Wipro, Deloitte, Virtusa and many such reputed companies provide campus placement. Over 90% of students get placed with them. I plan to opt for campus placements after getting my B.Arch degree.

I found the fee structure to be quite affordable. The facilities offered are real value for money. The fees include everything like books, uniforms, library and laboratory fees, bags, and other additional facilities. There are also scholarship opportunities based on the student's marks. Students' Credit Card facility is also available. Plus, the job or internship offered at the end of the final semester pays enough to cover a part of the fees.

We have a great campus life here with different sports and extra-curricular activities. The annual fest is held in February every year and everyone can participate here. Many festivals and important events are celebrated here. The library is huge and contains all the necessary books. We can either sit and read there or borrow the books if we have a library card. The classrooms are clean and well-maintained and have all the important amenities. I am enjoying my time here a lot.

Hostel rooms are very comfortable and have all the necessary facilities. The rooms are large enough to accommodate 2 to 3 people. Both AC and non-AC rooms are available. The locality is safe and friendly. Security service is also provided. The food provided here is quite healthy. The kitchen has water purifiers too. Medical facilities are also provided when needed. They take good care of us at the hostels and so far I'm having a good experience here.
