Remarks

I applied online on a sports quota basis. My course is B.A program (English +Political Science). The sport I play is swimming. I don't have any reservation benefits. I applied in the year 2020 after I passed my 12th grade on the CBSE board. this is my dream college. the studis here is just perfect.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love Political Science that's why I choose Political and English as a courses. Faculty members are the best in the whole Delhi university. I easily passed my term exam because the teaching staff was so good at teaching and I easily learned everything they teaches in class

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 10500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite good. We can easily afford it and according to facilities and the quality of teaching services by teachers the fees is not too much costly. There is also campus placement take place in our college.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of also good and especially the library is so much well furnished and availability of all kinds of books is here.There are many societies and social groups runs by group of students and I m also a part of dance club.

Dyal Singh College is splendid!

Placement Experience:

Dyal Singh Placements aren't that hefty that I can boast a lot about them. Since I have already mentioned in previous section that I want the deepest knowledge of political science and the only way, one can gain that is by doing masters. Coming to DSC placements over 30% students of Political Science from our college are placed via campus.

Vivekananda College is a dream of every girl!

Placement Experience:

Media people as Hindi Hons students obviously have chane there or researches. Some even pursue freelance things as college provides the perfect platform to gain confidence and showcase the skills. Otherwise research or political expert roles are the only roles offered to Hindi Hons students. Since I want a complete command I will be doing masters in Hindi Hons.

DSC is a decent college!

Placement Experience:

DSC placements are not that great as around 30-40% students are placed and that is how it is here. Most students of Political Science go for higher studies or get job opportunities in political consultancy or journalism.

Gargi : A home to a stranger

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love the course I have opted for in the College. I had so much interest in literature since I was in school, hence made the decision to opt for English Honours in my undergraduate degree. The curriculum of this particular course is easy to get, teaches practical knowledge. We have Internal Assesment and Continuous Assessment before theory exams. In continuous assessment, we are given some topic to make presentation or a group discussion from our sense of knowledge and experience. Speaking up in a crowd and in front of the whole class gives the practical knowledge of being there, present, confidence and speak up your thoughts I would love if we can also watch theatre within the curriculum as we read various plays but watching and analysing them would be great. Mostly the exams are held in December and May, they are moderate level of examination and I have found absolute no difficulty sitting in them and writing. We get 3 hours for the core subjects, and 1 hour for our respective VACs, SECs and AECs.

In CUET, I have less marks but I preferred more college but firstly I get PGDAV college but I don't like that college so I choose Motilal Nehru college. No, i don't preferred other colleges but only Delhi University colleges. From CUET exam, the process of admission is going on.
