Remarks

The eligibility was as per the cutoffs. It was an offline process. The admission process was also good. Reservation is there for backward classes and disabled people. Disabled people were given proper attention at the time of admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course due to its wide scope. The faculty-student ratio is good Teachers address personal queries. The Teachers and their way of teaching are good. The exams were of medium difficulty and they were held 1-2 months before the final exams.

Internships Opportunities

Many paid and unpaid internships are provided by the cell. Most of the tasks provided are related to marketing and sales. People get the opportunity of applying for assistant jobs, and managerial jobs also.

Placement Experience

Students in the final year are eligible for placements. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, and many other big companies come to hire students. Students get good placements. The packages vary from 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs approx. Around 40 percent of students get placed. I am also looking for a placement opportunity.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee Structure is fine as compared to other colleges it's affordable. Scholarships are also there for needy students. Talking about the campus placements, the placement cell actively provides many opportunities.

Campus Life

Many departmental fests take place starting from January which students enjoy a lot and can explore. Basic facilities like water supply are properly available. Sports day is also organized and many competitions take place. There are many clubs in the college like Nss, cell, cell, Lakshya- civil services club, etc

Underrated College of DU!

Placement Experience:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Placement Experience:

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college.The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .

Why DU has the best college life

Insights into DRC

After appearing for CUET UG, we make preferences of the desired college and on the basis on the CUET score, colleges are alloted. So, Daulat Ram College was my 7th preference and I was alloted this as per my category and cut off I cleaned. Although it was 7th preferred college, I have no regret of getting into it. Good internship opportunities

The admission process till last year in University of Delhi was on the basis of 12th std marks, but from this new session(2022-2023) there is an entrance test CUET. The eligibility for the same was the student must've cleared 12th board exams and the application form was available on NTA official site. People with reservations(SC, ST, OBC etc..) do get a lot of benefits like for them the marks are less for getting a good college as compared to non- reservation seats.
