It is situated on the north campus. It is a fun place to be. There is always some event going on. Also, Daulat Ram has a great fest called Manjari. Gargi College and Indraprastha College for Women are also good alternatives. If you clear the required cutoff for all these colleges, your preference order should be Daulat Ram>I.P>Gargi.

One of my friends studied Commerce at Daulat Ram and it had a fantastic faculty. Here are some things that she considered made it better than the other two. The professors were dedicated and committed to their classes. They were highly experienced as well. The college recently had many positive improvements making it one of the most trendiest colleges. It is at the North Campus which was an advantage in itself. Culturally, Daulat Ram College (DRC) encouraged students to take part in fests, societies, clubs and even go for inter-collegiate competitions. Manjari is the most important college fest of DRC. Indraprastha College is overall a beautiful college with very high education standards. But being a bit isolated from the North Campus, students tend to miss the city life. Gargi more or less provides a similar atmosphere like DRC. Therefore, it is suggested that you opt for DRC or Gargi followed by Indraprastha College.

Per year fees: 34,500 Approx. 35,000 for General Category Students The total course fees differs on the fact whether the person is pursuing the course for 3 years or 4 years. Simply multiply the annual fees with the number of years you wish to pursue the degree to get the total course fees.

Know your dream College

The yearly fee of Daulat Ram College for B Com Hons is 34250 INR. I think its the same for all the categories no idea of obc creamy layer. Other than the yearly fee there is a minimal examination fee to be submitted before semester exams. Around 1200 to 1500 INR depending on the number of subjects.

There is a slight delay when it comes to syllabus completion.

As a student of SOL, the fees of my post is approximate rupees 9600. This overall include all the peace like library fees lab fees canteen, development fees etc. my batch mate also pay similar amount of fees.

Daulat Ram College Review

The Best thing about the Government college is its fee structure. The fee structure of Bcom Hons in DRC is 18,000 per year which we all know is pretty affordable. There are no other additional charges asked by the college except the examination fees every semester. Scholarships and financial aid are provided by the college as per the center notifications. for example- scholarships for economically weaker sections and others which are provided on the college site.

Life at DRC- is it worth your time and energy

The class schedules are horrible. At times there are classes with a gap ranging from 2 to 4 hours which takes up the entire day for a 2 hour lecture.

The college fees of DRC as compared to other colleges under DU is almost double. The yearly fees I paid for the 1st year was 36,200/- whereas most DU college fees range from 10K to 22K. Although there are several scholarships available too. Being a 1st year student, I haven't applied to any campus employement yet.

Life at DRC, DU.

The fee for my course is too much in comparison to other courses in DRC, they take so extra charges it is alot in comparison to other courses and same course in other colleges. Complete cost is 36500 per year. Apart from that examination fees which may lay between 1000-2000 depending on subjects chosen as elective. There are alot of scholarships like single child scheme, Sc, st etc. there is no campus employment

Reality of Daulat Ram College

College fee is very nominal like in 1st year I pay 21000 and in 2nd year I pay 18800 per annum. Yes, there is scholarships available but only for ST, SC, OBC and General Student ( family income less than 4,00,000) . There is no extra charges other than College fee

My fees is very high as compared to other Delhi University colleges bcoz they are not a part of dusu So the fees is 36000+ and like comparitively other colleges have 15-16 even 9k fees so it's very high according to me and I'm not really sure of the hike regularity bcoz it's been only one year to me We have to pay examination charges also around 1500-1600 before every semester exams Financial aids and scholarship are provided to single parents and those who are poor and can't afford or are either sc St it's for them only I don't know abt employment

The fee of my college is convenient around a maximum of 17k per year. Colleges provide various scholarships for financially weak students. According to the college infrastructure faculty members and all other facilities, the fees of our college are minimal. That's the great thing about my college.
