Admission to the college is done through JAC DELHI counselling on the basis of Jee mains rank list. There is an 85% reservation for Delhi candidates. This year the Jac counselling was a bit laggy and late.

The course curriculum is pretty manageable, at times it gets hectic but with Proper management, it is quite easy and you will save ample time for other activities. Student to teacher ratio would be around 60:1. Most of the time you will have to study from other sources. Exam are of decent level.

Internships are offered from the start of the 3rd year, companies like sprinklr also visit that give a stipend of 2lpa for a software profile. One must be good at coding to grab an internship. Consulting internships are also offered. Internships in the core of branches are very less but some companies do visit in the electrical field.

Students become eligible for jobs in their4th year and internships in their third year. Some of the big companies visiting are Microsoft, Atlassian, Adobe, and Apple also visited for the first time this year with a 62 LPA package. most of the students get placed unless you have completely wasted your 4 years learnt nothing and have a GPA of 6. There are also big consulting companies like KPMG, and Deloitte visiting for consulting profiles. Still figuring out what I plan to do after getting my degree.

The Fee was drastically increased for all Delhi state colleges including Nsut. And it is increasing every year. Not much difference is seen on the basis of faculty Quality. scholarships are provided through Edistrict but sometimes they are just not enough.

The annual fest moksha is conducted every odd semester, during March. Innovision being the tech fest of nsut. There is a central library with all the relevant books for students. The new Apj smart classrooms are pretty cool but alas they are just for first year students and from the second year onwards we are back to the old style classrooms. Almost all Sports activities are conducted but there is only 1 badminton court in the college. There are many societies to choose from as per your interest students put in a lot of hardworking in building and running these societies.

Hostels are decent not very good. Each room has an Almira, a bed, a fan a window and a study table. The hostel has wifi connections all around but sometimes the speeds are not up to the mark. Meal food is ok, you would find it good at the start but then the food taste goes down. Special dinners conducted twice a semester are very good. The hostels are redistricting and have good security which I believe is great.
