Remarks

No the admission process in GAUHATI MEDICAL COLLEGE is very smooth and all the staffs help the students in various ways such as documents verification and all have good behaviour.Overall admission process is very appreciated

Course Curriculum Overview

In The GAUHATI MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL the exam is taken nearly 20 days including practical exam and the exam conducted timely every year.Generally it is difficult to paas the exam because there is two papers in a single student have to write continuous 6 hours

Class Size: 1Course Fees: INR 2400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Generally earlier the admission fees was Rs 31000 but due to covid 19 the admission fees reduces which is in 2021 is 2400 but the examination fees is Rs 4000 and the registration fees is Rs5000 and the Hostel fees is monthly Rs3000

GAUHATI MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL has the own campus .The hospital has 2600 beded.Addition to these there is 700 icu bed .the GAUHATI MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL has the library in which there is present every kinds of books which requires for students

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 5 year course of MBBS college itself provide the placement to every student. The highest package is about 40000 per month but the average package is about 33000 per month. About 99% students get their placement easily. I'm also thinking to get placement after completing my MBBS degree.

Placement Experience:

On campus placements are there . We have to do our internship in tmch itself . After that one year of rural bond is compulsory . The stipned during internship is highest as compared to other state which is around 40k/month.

Placement Experience:

After completing MBBS course and 1 year internship one gets placement. Not companies but in hospital it gets placement The highest package is 12lpa as I know and on average 6lpa 100 percent student gets placement I want to pursue PG degree or civil services

Life at AMCH

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is not at all easy like all the other courses but since this course deals with life and death situations I would say the practical applications introduction has lead to a better side of this course. This course is completedly real world based curriculum. The faculty members are well equipped to everything they teach and the methods currently focus on application based studies. This course has many exams each month and therefore the student has to study properly.

We have to do 1 year internship after that 1 year rural posting according to govt Norms , these two is compulsory for all and after that we can get job under the NHM. Since it's a medical college then you will find job in health sector only like PHC FRU CHC district Hospital All students who passed the Final MBBS exam gets placement. To do a govt Job no much.

Get insights of B.Sc Medical Technology

I did not apply to any other college as my rank was in the top 50 and I got my choice of college. Not recieved any rejection from other college but I got admission in DU and the course I got was a normal B.Sc which was not my choice. So I quit that and made it here in GMCH Admission process is entrance based completely.
