My overview of FAAMCH

MBBS is a very honoured course in assam and India. I choose this course because I want to become a doctor from childhood. This college is very good option for MBBS in lower Assam mainly. It is one of the top medical College of assam

We have to do internship at our college hospital. It is very helpful and pg courses are also present. Patient flow in our hospital is very good and diverse and one can learn much more things in internship

After completing MBBS course and 1 year internship one gets placement. Not companies but in hospital it gets placement The highest package is 12lpa as I know and on average 6lpa 100 percent student gets placement I want to pursue PG degree or civil services

This college is very good and it is very affordable for middle class family. It is a government medical College. We have to take admission to this college through neet examination. I scored 640 in neet 2024. My state rank is 352. The cutoff for this college goes generally 400 state rank for general. Thank you.

In our college the college week is held in November month for 1 week. The name of our college week is xclepia. And all other festival of assam and India is celebrated in our college. Our library is very good. Variety of books and journals are found. Our classroom has the capacity of 150 student. And Fully ventilated. Our college campus have 2 playground one for cricket and one for football

Facilities provided in room is one bed one chair one table and one cupboard per person. There are 69 double bedded room and 81 single bedded room in our boys hostel. Meal quality is very good and the menu is awesome. There are fish chicken egg for nonveg and paneer for veg. Registration is very easy.and very affordable.

I applied for Gauhati medical College, Guwahati and Assam medical College, Dibrugarh and Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College, Barpeta and all the other medical Colleges of Assam. I got a confirmed admission in 11 medical College of assam from 13. I choose this college over the other 10 college because this college is near my house. The admission process of our college we have to go through the state counseling process after qualifying neet examination. Then according to cutoff we got college. Generally the cutoff for general caste is 400 to 450 state rank

It's a medical College and the faculty-to-student ration is good. It have mentor mentee program also. I am in Phase-I MBBS and I like respected Dr. Kakoli Das Ma'am HOD of physiology. I like her teaching style. There are 3 internal assessment exams per year and 1 professional (final) exam. The questions come from university (ssuhs) the level of questions is moderate

Gym is present in hostel open for 24×7 Library is open till 8 pm at night Canteen is open till 4 pm Hostel timing for 1st year is 7 pm The locality is very safe for roaming at night. They are very friendly and cooperative
