Remarks

The main reason I joined this college is because of its location and facilities. It is far from the busy towns and located in the beautiful locality of Nitte. Yet there is both college and local bus facilities to reach college on time. The college always encourages us to take part in both curricular and co-curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The key feature about the EEE dept. is that the faculty is very encouraging when it comes to studying new stuff. The syllabus is constantly updated from time to time to keep up with the modern industry standards and yet the lecturers go one step beyond that to teach us the latest topics related to our branch through hands-on projects and workshops.

Placement Experience

The placement training cell takes care to mould us into not just good engineers but the ones that are worth being employed in the top companies of the world. Also our branch i.e. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, has achieved 100% placement this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I took my admission through the state-level entrance exam called KCET, I got my course fee significantly reduced. Also, there are plenty of state and national level scholarship programs from which the students can almost zero their college fee if they are capable.

Campus Life

The college encourages us to take part in all kinds of activities and events. Also, several such events are held regularly in college itself. There are several technical and non-technical clubs throughout our college. Also if time permits, there are plenty of space within and around the college to hang out with friends.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

K-CET which is Karnataka State Entrance examination is the medium for Karnataka students to get into NMAMIT or any other engineering colleges for that matter.
