Remarks
Through standard CAT exam. This is followed by a WAT PI process. The process was smooth and the major focus was on people wanting to do an MBA. After getting the call you had to pay the seat reservation fee. This was followed by a 1-month long induction.
Course Curriculum Overview
MBA was the obvious choice. It goes with the kind of soft skills I already had. The faculty was amazing. There was a good 1:50 ratio. Each and everyone from the faculty was amongst the best professionals in the country. College life otherwise was a breeze and highly organized.
Internships Opportunities
I was offered the role of strategy manager in a start up in Bangalore. The experience was great. Stiped was 2 L for 2 months. I was to design process flow for a pharma sector company looking to start into the eCommerce space.
Placement Experience
From the primary semester itself, you start the process for internships. The companies show up as early as September and the process continues till everyone is placed. Summer placement follow a similar protocols. 100% placements and the average package has increased as well since my time there.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of the study is toward the higher side but not without reason. The facilities and faculties were the best in the business. A number of national financial scholarships were available and state governments also launched a few schemes. The college team always communicated this through the mail so the students were made aware fairly regular.
Campus Life
The small batch size of 300 students combined with amazing facilities throughout every field made the experience very rewarding. Every facility was made readily available and there was a club or committee for literally everything.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel was amazing. Single rooms, great network connectivity, only 6 rooms per floor. The mess was amazing and was run by a committee of students. Everything was great through and throughout. The registration process was simple and they were valued for money.
Interview Experience
WAT and PI. The focus was on the depth of thought. The topic of WAT was "Does the right of free speech extends to slander?". PI was focused extensively on current affairs and my logic in doing an MBA. What were my career ambitions, which would have been because I was a fresher?
