IIT Jammu Review

I got a seat in the college through the JOSAA counselling. The college admission process is via JOSAA counselling. The college campus is location is very good. One has to clear JEE exam and must secure 65% marks in 10+2 and I have secured 68% marks so my academic record was perfect for the college and I was also meeting the cutoff marks of the college.

The college curriculum without a doubt is at par. The curriculum follows all kinds of latest developments. The curriculum covers all the topics and is the proper picture of technical and management knowledge. The curriculum is designed in a way that we are aware of all the outcomes of the corporate world and it prepares us as future technicians and engineers. The faculty of the college are very knowledgeable. The faculty have completed their PhD degree from the prestigious college of India. The faculty is the one that also helps us a lot during the assignments and motivates us to take part in the college's various activities.

The college is able to invite more than 40+ companies for the college summer internship program. The college placement committee is the one that helps us to get a good internship in a good company and the internship stipend ranges from 20000-95000.

In a very short period of time, the college has understood the importance of placement quality in terms to compete with the top IITs in India and the college placement committee and the college management work together to improve the college placement quality. The college maintains a record of 100% placement and the college's highest placement offer is around 43 LPA and the average salary offer is around 17 LPA. The faculty members of the placement committee are highly experienced and well qualified to handle any kind of responsibility.

The college campus also has a WiFi facility.

The hostel location is very good. The hostel is located on the most beautiful side of the campus. Hostel rooms are very well designed and fully furnished. The rooms are properly ventilated. The food in the hostel mess is good. The hostel is neat and clean. Rooms and the bathrooms are cleaned on every alternative days. The hostel has all the basics and modern facilities.
