IIT Goa Review

I do not have anything bad to say about the college what every I have experienced I will try to explain it. I found the college to be good faculty are well qualified, the placement is also very good I also received a very good placement at the moment I am not working with that company but I started my professional career with a very good package. I cleared my JEE and appeared for JOSAA counselling and got the seat in IIT Goa.

The curriculum properly focuses on the latest development and regulation of industries. The curriculum tells us everything about power systems, control engineering, circuits and systems, signal processing, power electronics, programming, etc and many more. The curriculum is divided into eight semesters. The faculty is very good. The faculty of the college is easily available and approachable and if we have any problem regarding any concepts we can easily ask for help from the faculty. The faculty is of PhD level and has very good teaching and research work experience.

The college internship program is well designed and we have to take part in the college internship program at the end of the second year. The college also provides a stipend for the internship as the average stipend for the internship is around 45k and around more than 45 companies visit our campus for the internship.

The IITs college of India is very good in terms of placement quality and packages. IIT Goa is also of the same standard that provides one of the best placement in India. The college maintains a record of 100% placement. The highest placement offer is around 47 LPA and the average salary packages range around 18 LPA. The college placement committee always works in improving the college placement standards.

Merit-cum-means scholarship, Free Messing for SC/ST, Fee Remission for economically weak, Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship, etc are the names of some scholarship schemes that colleges used to provide scholarship and to know about the college scholarship eligibility one have to visit the college website.

The college campus is good and very neat and clean. The college infra is well developed and well managed. The college classrooms are very well designed and properly ventilated. The classrooms have AC and digital boards. The college library seating arrangement is modern and a variety of books are available. The college labs are quite new and all kinds of equipment are available in the college plans. The college staff is very professional and cooperative.

The hostel is very well designed. The hostel rooms are very good and fully furnished. The rooms are very well designed and does not feel dark in the daytime too. The hostel has sports facilities and 24 hours of water and power supply is available. The hostel food is good. The hostel wardens are quite professional and the staff is very well trained. The hostel security is 24 hours available and very strict. We are not allowed to go out after 7 in the evening.
