Eligibility criteria- HS Pass in Science with 60 % and above, Neet UG pass with good marks. The application can be found at the dmeassam.co.in the website. Application fees are Rs 500. I want the admission fees to be reduced
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course to be a doctor. Faculty: student ratio is 1: 15. The faculties are Neet Pg qualified and they teach from ppt prepared by them. The term exams are always on time. It was somewhat difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
After the final year mbbs, the next part is the internship. It is the most hectic part of mbbs. During these 12 months, we head to the different departments. 2 months each in Surgery, Medicine and OnG. We can also intern in the private hospitals of the city and get a good amount of stipend.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees hike by 10-15% every year which is quite disappointing. The fees should rather be deducted as it is very high compared to other medical colleges. There are a lot of scholarships though I didn't apply for any.
Campus Life
Synchisis is the annual festival that our college conducts every year in March. Books and Journals are available. The classrooms have amenities for digital education. The college week is conducted every year in March where all the batches compete with each other. Gmcsu and JDA are the student groups run by students.
