MBA - NHCE,Bangalore

As the name suggests, NHCE is famous name among Engineering colleges of the state but I chose it for MBA. NHCE holds Grade''A" accredition by NAAC and has obtained good rankings in NIRF's annual rankings. The college is affiliated to VTU, Belgaum and it has been approved by famous agencies such as NBA, AICTE and UGC.For admission to the MBA course,the score of applicants in a valid management entrance is necessary and then the counselling round is also there.

Our college offer's MBA program in 6 different specialisations and students can choose them as per their interests. The faculty team in our college includes over 300 members but most of them were from Engineering domain. The college used to give proper attention to technical events and facilities so that students can match up to the fast-paced changes in the real time working. The MBA program is of 2 years and the exams organised by the college were decent in term's of difficulty

Yes, I participated in the internship round of our college because I had earlier participated in some online internships during my graduation and wanted to take those skills to an upper level. The MBA program of our college received decent work offer's and Stipends were also good.

The college is a hub of Technical Education in my hometown and along with that it is situated near the IT hub of the City which is why top recruiters visit the college annually. The most popular names for our batch were Tata consultancy, E&Y, Infotech and Capgemini and we recorded an overall average salary of INR 4 LPA for our batch. The top package bagged during the placement drive was INR 28 Lacs and Over 70% of the students were placed.

The fee structure of our college's MBA program isn't that high and we can say that it quite normal. The total fee for the 2-year management programme is 5 Lakhs and students have to pay it in two annual shifts of INR 2.5 lacs each. If you have a great academic profile or belong to Reserved categories then additional benefits can be availed under some eligibility conditions

Our college organised a number of events throughout my 2-year journey and my favourite events were "Samrat" and also the tech activities we used to have. NHCE is spreaded over 10 acres and the well maintained Infrastructure is available. If you are a Sports lover, then our college can be the best place for you as there are numerous Sport's facilities. Library hall & Computer Lab services are also very good and the Industry conclaves helped me to stay updated with the competitiveness of the corporate sectors.

Hostel facilities are available at a really good quality in our college. Even though I was not there in hostels, but still I know about them due to my batchmates. Totally three hostels are there and both genders are given facilities by NHCE. The room's are provided as per the Course one belongs to and special facilities can also be availed by students (if required) by some extra fee.The annual fee for the hostel services in our college was nearly INR 50 K .

For admissions to the MBA program at NHCE , interested students must have completed their Graduation with 50% of aggregate marks & they should also have a valid score in KMAT/CAT or equivalent exams. The final selection of candidates is based upon the overall performance in the Shortlisting, exam and seat allocation is done through the Counselling process.
