Remarks

I was required to pay Rs.1050 as the application fee and submit my form online through the university website. I was given admission here in the MBA program on the basis of my CAT scores followed by a written test and and personal interview session. I wanted to get into PESU because it ranked 6th in Top 50 Private universities by OUTLOOK India- ICARE rankings. Also, it is one of the Top 20 Universities in Karnataka state by the same rankings.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

During my 2-year program, I was able to gain expert knowledge in the subject of applied management while also having the freedom to pursue my interests through a variety of extra modules, courses, and electives. Faculty participation at my institute extends far beyond academics and has an impact on many aspects of campus life. In addition to their instructional responsibilities, faculty members assist and mentor us by actively participating in their academic, research, and sports/cultural endeavors.

Placement Experience

4.5

Some of the top recruiters that visited our campus include Cleartrip, Deloitte, Ebay, Flipkart, HP, IBM, Intel, Intuit, JP Morgan chase, LinkedIn Mahindra, Mercedes Benz etc. Numerous companies visit our campus to hire us for jobs offering stipends of up to 50 lakhs and the average stood at 7 lakhs. The placements of my institute were very satisfying and it was one of the reasons why I joined this institute in the first place.

Fees and Financial Aid

To study the MBA program, I had to pay 5 lakhs per year, which means, my whole course cost me a total of 10 lakhs. The cost is pretty expensive but the ROI is great after the completion of the degree program.

Campus Life

4.5

There are also a lot of groups and activities here, and the bulk of them phoned and invited us throughout our freshman year. Inside the school, we had to obey specific laws and regulations, such as a dress code. Apart from my excellent campus life here, I got to live in a magnificent campus with a massive infrastructure that featured facilities such as a dormitory, library, sports complex, fully-equipped classrooms, auditorium, and so on.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose electronics and communications wholeheartedly. Since my childhood, I was very interested in electronics and very humble in learning new topics in digital electronics. I was never a coding guy, so I took electronics and communications as my course. It was an easy choice for me. So class's average strength is around 65 to 70. And the faculty: student ratio is quite good. The teachers are well qualified and most of them are doctorate holders. The timetable is arranged in a manner such that there is smooth conduction of classes for all-year students. The exams are semester wise and there will be internals every month. Questions are better, you have to know little bit contents taught in classes and also from textbooks. It is easy to pass.
