My journey as an ayurvedic practitioner

The curriculum includes four years of studying and practicals and one compulsory year of internships in the hospital. We have three exams each year based on which we are evaluated for the finals. The regular classes are fun to attend and very informative at the same time.

As medical students we need to be clear that we do not get placement opportunities like any other professional course, this is different. In our curriculum, there is a compulsory year of internship for that matter.

Our college celebrates many events in a grand manner those days are for nothing but fun and getting along with friends. Events like freshers day, graduation day, cultural day are celebrated. The college also has a journal club, they conduct seminars regularly.

The fee differs from student to student depending upon the quota he/she came in, private seat costs up to Rs. 2 lakhs and for NEET or KCET is Rs. 60,000+30,000 for a year and for management quota it is up to 12 lakhs.

Our college equally focuses on the extracurricular activities as much as it gives importance to education, it organizes events like the international Yoga day, Yoga awareness day, health camp in rural areas and many such social activities.

The girl's hostel is inside the campus itself, easier to attend classes daily. The rooms are spacious with all essential facilities like 24 hours supply of electricity and current. The food provided is also nutritious.

I wrote NEET and cleared with a decent score, they also take KCET score for admissions if you are from Karnataka state. 50% is the minimum marks to obtain, you can either apply online or in person. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the score of entrance exams and their boards.

We have well-qualified experienced professionals as our faculties, they are very inspiring to us, they motivate us into doing research and paper publication works which are useful for our career, the achievement made by some of the staff is very inspiring to see.
