best HR base, best in new iim's, amazing faculties, located near xldi Jamshedpur, fast growing iim, good brands visit the campus, among the top 9 iim's, good exposure to competition's,

Course Curriculum Overview

it is very good, case studies based approach followed by teachers, faculties are very good and reputed and skilled, great focus on academics, very good hr base. moreover the director is very good

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 1620000 per year

Placement Experience

due to the strong hr base they have good alumni base and good corporate relations that ensures very good company visit the campus

College Events

they have a proper khelgoan allocated to the accommodation, but due to the pandemic we haven't experienced it yet but have heard that it is very well managed overall and students enjoy a lot in the accommodation

My experience at XLRI Jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

XLRI provides both SIP and Final placement opportunities. The SIP process begins in the month of September and the final placements during the months of Dec-Feb. 100 percent of the students get placed. The highest stipend for the SIP 2024 was 3.5 lakh per month, the average being 1.5 lakh+.

Remarks:

Our college is the fastest growing IIM in the country, we have already surpassed other B-Schools that we are normally compared to in terms of placements. At IIM Ranchi, students are offered international placements as well and as per the stats, in 2019, the highest international package was 58.1 LPA. The average package is also decent at 15.02 LPA. Domestic highest package here was 26 LPA, which is a great return on investment, if you see.

Remarks:

Amongst all the new and baby IIMs, IIM Ranchi clearly wins the game with respect to the pedagogy and the facilities that it provides. The campus is known for providing single occupancy room to all the students. Also, the average placement is highest here.
