Remarks

Candidates have to fill the online application form and then as per the cut off they can take admission in college. Usually, BA program cut-off lies approx 80-90%. During my time the last cut-off of the BA program in MAC was approximately 81% for general category students.

I chose the BA program as we study the variety of subjects in this course. And if I talk about the teachers- they are very helpful and knowledgeable and always ready to help the students also some of my teachers used to take extra classes so that concepts will be clear to students.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 11000 per year

The fee structure of the BA program in Maharaja Agrasen College is approximately 11000rs. per year. In my first year of college, the fee of my course was 10000 then in second and third-year fee was increased and it was 11000 per year.

Many events take place in the college eg. Fest, Fresher's party to welcome freshers and so on. Students can participate in different societies as per their interest like if anyone is interested in dancing then he/she can go through the selection process of a dance society named 'NATRAJ'.

there is a scope of placement in Hansraj college. My DU SOL Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the BA English honours curriculum at DU SOL as quite comprehensive and relevant specially for students interested in literature and language. The course covers a wide range of literary period genres and critical theories which helps build a strong foundation in English studies, however at times the material can feel a bit outdated or digit and more contemporary text or modern pedagogical approaches could be included. Overall it's a solid curriculum that prepares you will for further studies or a career in writing teaching or media.
