Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelor of Science leads students towards a scientific aptitude. It is based on the culmination of both theoretical and practical ways of learning. Students can enter the area of M.Sc degree after completing B.Sc.
Placement Experience
This is basically a research institute. Students of the Indian Institute for Space Science and Technology and many research students get the chance of doing internships in this institution. Many MNCs offer various types of jobs after the 4th semester. Internship opportunity is around Rs 30,000 - 40,000.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For this five years integrated course, an admission fee of Rs 10,000 is taken at the starting of B.Sc and M.Sc course. Tuition fee of B.Sc is Rs 6,000 per year and M.Sc is Rs 8,400 per year. The total fee of the course is Rs 1,28,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
The institute provides scholarships for research students. The stipend of integrated Ph.D. students for the first two years is Rs 12,000 per month. After successful completion of the first two years they get fellowship as declared for time to time. JRF is given to the students as per existing rules of the institute.

Hostel Facilities
IACS has two-seaters rooms for girls hostel. The rent is around Rs 2,000 per month. The hostel area is sound.
Admission
Admission to the integrated UG-PG courses is based on the entrance exam conducted by the institute. Candidates need to appear in UPST for pursuing the course.
