Remarks

The faculty members are excellent. Societies in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE provide an excellent platform for students growth and personal development. The admission process was too smooth. The eligibility was depending on the cut of percentage. All the details related to admission are mentioned in the college website. I have not availed of any reservations.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course due to the scope it has. There are a good number of students and teachers. The faculty is excellent and their way of teaching is too good. The term exams are conducted every semester.

Internships Opportunities

Several companies come for internships and with good stipends. Fields in which internship provided are - marketing, hr, research, content, creative etc. The process of the internship is also very smooth. Other than stipend other benefits are also provided in the online internship platform.

Placement Experience

From 5 semesters. Companies like Deloitte etc visit. 40-50 percent of students get placement. I am planning to do CFA. The placement cell makes sure that the students get placement smoothly and without any trouble.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is worth the course. A middle class family can easily afford it. There are scholarships available for students. The placement opportunity is good and the placement cell ensures a smooth experience. The seniors say that the placement is been good for quite a time

Campus Life

We have an annual fest namely excogitatia it is conducted mainly in the month of January or February. It is quite a good fest everyone has a good time. We love it. The library is so big it feels like a dream come true for a book lover. There are many extracurricular activities. As we all know sports are the heart of college life there are good facilities for sports as well.

Placement Experience:

Students from 3rd year onwards may sit for placements. There are several companies visiting our college for placements, such as Zomato, Tech Mahindra, EY, MagicPin, etc. My plans after getting the degree personally include pursuing a PG degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college.The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .

Why DU has the best college life

Placement Experience:

Insights into DRC

After appearing for CUET UG, we make preferences of the desired college and on the basis on the CUET score, colleges are alloted. So, Daulat Ram College was my 7th preference and I was alloted this as per my category and cut off I cleaned. Although it was 7th preferred college, I have no regret of getting into it. Good internship opportunities

The admission process till last year in University of Delhi was on the basis of 12th std marks, but from this new session(2022-2023) there is an entrance test CUET. The eligibility for the same was the student must've cleared 12th board exams and the application form was available on NTA official site. People with reservations(SC, ST, OBC etc..) do get a lot of benefits like for them the marks are less for getting a good college as compared to non- reservation seats.
